As an unemployed recent graduate, I discovered CTM from a friend's recommendation and now I cannot thank her or the staff at CTM enough. What I found at CTM was that is was a loving atmosphere that strove relentlessly to help me not only be successful in finding me job in the immediate future but also to equip me with the tools necessary to succeed in that job and to always find new ones. Armed with a wonderful set of teachers, these people only want to see you really happy in a career and in life. I know they revolutionized my views on what it takes to search for a career and what careers are a good fit as well as helping me grow through biblical teachings. The job I received while in CTM as well as the one I am in currently is only a testament to the success of this program. After happily being in this new job for about 9 months now, I am convinced that this program is a huge hit and would deeply recommend it to anyone struggling to be employed.

CTM was a great experience for me! I enjoyed meeting and interacting with all the members of the leadership team who were truly dedicated to helping people. If you needed advice, counseling or a gentle push to get you going in the right direction there was always someone to help.
A word of warning though, be prepared to put some thought and work into why you are there. It's not easy being unemployed, but you aren't alone with CTM! Alan C

The exciting aspect of this ministry is not that it simply shows one how to get the next job, but it helps guide the participants to discover the type of job that God designed for them to do and helps them on the road to finding that ideal position. Diane D
